New program to teach in China
Cultural Embrace offers a program called Teach and Travel in China. The summer program offers English speakers the chance to teach Chinese students 20 hours per week, with additional hours expected for class planning and preparation. Extra-curricular activities that include English conversational groups and community involvement are part of the program. Placements are available primarily in Beijing and Zhejiang provinces. There is a two-day orientation facilitated by the administrators of the schools. No experience or Chinese proficiency is needed. Travel options are available at the beginning or end of the teaching program. The program begins July 14th and there is a fee involved. For details, go to www.culturalembrace.com
